Founder Story
Growing up in Utah, I was surrounded by two influences that continue to shape how I work today.From my mother, I learned hospitality, service, and the importance of making people feel seen.From my father, I learned entrepreneurship, optimism, and the belief that one person can create meaningful change.
Over the last decade, I've worked across luxury retail, hospitality, operations, events, executive support, business development, and founder partnerships.
The industries changed. The pattern didn't.
The businesses and people that left the strongest impression weren't always the largest, loudest, or best funded.They understood who they were.They knew what made them distinct.They built meaningful relationships.And they understood how to turn their existing assets into momentum.
I became fascinated by the question underneath all of it:
What makes certain people, businesses, and places matter?
Rowe Haus grew from that question.
Today, we work across strategy, positioning, intelligence, and relationships to help ambitious people and organizations understand what they have, recognize what is changing around them, and shape what comes next.
